Born and raised in the Southern California region, I grew up in Seal Beach and Los Alamitos. Since then, I have lived all across California, attending the University of California at Davis for my undergraduate education where I obtained a bachelor’s degree in both biology and psychology followed by the California School of Podiatric Medicine in Oakland for my medical degree. I completed my surgical residency training with Kaiser Permanente as part of the North Bay Consortium where I rotated through different facilities in Vallejo, Vacaville, Santa Rosa, and San Rafael and trained with both podiatry and orthopedic surgeons.
Since then, I have relocated to Fresno where I currently practice and have been enjoying experiencing everything that the Central Valley has to offer. I look forward to continuing to serve the greater community and keep all of the region’s many feet and ankles healthy.
My decision to specialize in the foot and ankle is one that came to me later in life but was an easy one to make. While pursuing my undergraduate degree at UC Davis, I came to the realization that caring for our feet is one of the greatest things we can do for our entire body and can sometimes even be life altering. From minor aches to broken bones, if our feet hurt, we can’t walk, which is what I hope to keep all of my patients doing. I enjoy treating patients of all ages and strive to work with every patient to find an individualized treatment plan that can range from simple changes in our daily lives to the possibility of surgery.
When not working, my hobbies include cooking, trying new foods, spending time with friends/family, and exploring new places.
